At this stage, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that instead of rendering an elaborate order the application be dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Considering that the applicant is in jail since 02-1-2019, the learned trial Judge is requested to expedite the trial.

Needless to mention that if there is undue delay in the trial, as would amount to infringement of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, the applicant shall always be at liberty to apply for bail afresh, and if such application, is moved, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
