By this application the applicant is seeking restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.175/2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution. Inspite of time was granted to the applicant to remove office objections the office objections were not removed. The application is supported with the affidavit of learned counsel for applicant himself. Even in the main writ petition the notice was not issued. For the reasons mentioned in M.C.A.No.126/2017, it is allowed and Writ Petition No.175/2017 is restored to the file.

Put up M.C.A.No.126/2017 with Writ Petition no.175/2017 for admission on 28/7/2017 as per the request of learned counsel for the applicant.
