As the petitioner is already released after filing of present petition, the pursis Stamp No.2946 of 2016 is filed on 22.08.2016.

The learned APP states that she has no knowledge of subsequent developments.

However, in the light of pursis filed, we dispose of the present petition.

The charges of counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1,500/-.
