Due to subsequent events, petitioner has taken out application to bring the same on record. Respondents are seeking time to file reply. According to them, second petition on same cause has been filed. Mr. S.D. Dewani, learned Counsel disputes this.

Merits of amendment cannot be looked into at this stage. Petition is yet to be admitted. Hence, we allow Civil Application. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. WRIT PETITION NO. 6181 OF 2012 :

Liberty to respondents to file additional reply, if any, within further period of three weeks.

As Mr. Palshikar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.5, Mr. S.G. Jagtap, Advocate, Mr. Godbole, Advocate and their colleagues are discharged. List the matter after vacation.
