Writ Petition No.7414/2017:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner is insisting upon the hearing of this petition at the admission stage, because respondent No.1 has been

wp.7414.17 2/2 served and he is not appearing before this Court and the other respondents, according to him, are not the contesting respondents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, is also not ready to delete the remaining respondents. It is also seen that no quicker steps have been taken by the petitioner for effecting the service upon the unserved respondents. In these circumstances, this ground does not hold any water and prayer is rejected.

Put up after four weeks.
