RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that the order dated 02.07.2019 passed by the Director of Education was also impugned in Writ Petition No.6373 of 2019 [Pravin Balisingh Raghuwanshi Versus State of Maharashtra, Through Principal Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai & Others]. By the judgment dated 30.06.2022 this Court has allowed the said writ petition and has set aside those orders.

In view of aforesaid by adopting the reasons assigned by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6373 of 2019, this writ petition is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a). As a result, the consequential orders dated 05.02.2020 and 30.09.2020 passed by the Joint Director of Higher Education impugned in this writ petition would also not survive. As a consequence of this relief, the petitioner would be entitled for consequential benefits flowing therefrom. Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs. (URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, J.) (A. S.
