For the reasons stated in the application, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are allowed to withdraw the amount of their share deposited in the Court. Similarly, the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the interest accrued on the amount of his share.

However, in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties out of the deposited amount Rs.1,00,000/- be refunded to the insurance company after appropriate verification of document and authorization of the representative of the insurance company.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submitted that identification and verification of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 was done by the Registrar (Judicial) on 30.06.2023. He submitted that, therefore the office may be directed to directly transfer the amount in their joint bank account.

In view of this it is made clear that if the verification and identification was done as stated in para No.6 of the application, then the amount be transferred directly in the joint account of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 6.
