We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.3-Deputy Director of Education on 07.07.2025 in the matter of grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner from partially aided post to fully aided post. 3.

Needless to clarify that it shall be open for the respondent no.3 to summon the record from the Employer/Management, if so required in case any shortfall is noticed in the proposal for grant of approval submitted by the Employer/Management.

The respondent no.3 shall take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. 5.
