Mr A.M. Ghare, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he wants to challenge the said order therefore, the execution of the judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under the Workman Compensation requires to be stayed.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant the execution, implementation, and operation of the impugned judgment passed by this Court is stayed for six weeks.
