This application is filed in disposed of Writ Petition No.1123/2018 wherein investigation is transferred to State C.I.D. and since time to complete investigation was already expired, further time was extended for period of two months by order of this Court dated 8th April, 2019. It is contended that while communicating extension of time, inadvertently period of three months came to be communicated to the Investigating Agency from office of Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur. We find that submission as made is substantiated from Annexure R-2 - copy of wireless message sent from the office of Government Pleader. Considering the fact that from 8th April, 2019 period of

2 appw161.19 two months granted has expired on 8th June, 2019 and even if said period of three months is considered, it could have expired on 8th July, 2019. Learned A.P.P. further submits that further period of three months may kindly be granted.

For the grounds stated in paragraph No.2 of application, case is made out for grant of further three months period as a last chance.

Application stands disposed of as allowed.
