Civil Application (F) No.3625/2016:

Learned counsel for appellant submits that he has received the cheque of the decretal amount and he is ready to deposit the same in the course of the day. The appellant is permitted accordingly and office to accept the same. The order of stay granted earlier is confirmed till decision of the appeal.

Learned counsel for appellant seeks time of two weeks to verify as to whether this appeal should also be withdrawn, considering the fact that no appeal is preferred in respect of the decision of the Reference Court, as regards the acquisition of the land bearing Sr. No.59/1 of the same village and belonging to the respondent's brother, Prakash Wankhede.
