Perused the letter addressed by the trial court seeking extension of six months period for deciding the civil suit.

2] The trial court was directed to decide the civil suit within four months, which period expired on 23.03.2019.

3] This Court is not satisfied with the explanation for the inability to decide the civil suit expeditiously. 4] However, the period is extended by three months. The trial court shall be well adviced to decide the civil suit within the extended period.
