This is an application by the claimants/respondents for relaxing the condition of furnishing security for withdrawal of compensation amount.

Pursuant to judgment and order passed by this Court on 22.4.2015 the first appeal is already disposed of. Accordingly, the claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount without furnishing security in case there is no further proceeding challenging the judgment and order passed by this Court and otherwise the Registrar to release the amount provided security to his satisfaction is furnished.

That being so, in the event there is no further proceedings against the judgment and order .....2/-

caf1810.15 passed by this Court, the claimants may be allowed to withdraw the amount without furnishing security. JUDGE !! BRW !!
