JANUARY 22, 2016 Heard counsel for the rival parties. There is prima facie case against the applicant, who is an electrician of 36 years, committed rape on minor girl. In view of above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.535/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of detention of the applicant in jail since 11.12.2010 and complete the trial within four months from today.
