Learned counsel for applicant, submitted that the cheque issued by the applicant would lapse by 30.06.2025, therefore, she has requested to grant two week's time to submit new cheque of the compensation amount in the Court for which learned counsel for nonapplicant Nos.1A to 1D and learned AGP for non-applicant Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection.
