The applicant seeks modification of the interim direction by which instead of depositing 25% of the amount demanded under the bill for the month of April-2022, it is stated that the applicant would furnish Bank Guarantee in lieu of deposit with respondent No.3.

Considering the fact that the demand as made is towards an additional security deposit of Rs.1,09,51,100/-, the applicant is permitted to furnish Bank Guarantee towards 25% of the said amount with respondent No.3. The same be done within a period of one week from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
