DATE : September 23, 2016 As the amount of compensation has been deposited by the respondent No.3 in this Court, relief sought as per prayer clause (I) does not survive.

After deducting the amount of deficit court fee, the balance amount shall be paid to the applicants. At their request the same is directed to be paid in equal proportion to all the applicants. Similarly, considering the fact that appellant Nos.2 and 4 got married during pendency of the proceedings as mentioned in the application, the appellant Nos.2 and 4 are permitted to receive the amount of compensation as per their names stated in prayer clause (IV) of the application.
