Heard.

The applicant is arrested in Crime 362 of 2018 registered with Police Station, Seloo for offence punishable under section 304 part II of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that for protecting the sugarcane crop from wild animals, the applicant fixed a wire around his field with live current and one boy died due to electrocution since he came in contact with the wire.

In view of the nature of allegation, the material on record, and that the fact that the applicant is aged 80 years with no criminal antecedents, this application shall have to be allowed.

The applicant be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating
