This is an application for restoration of the second appeal dismissed on 5.7.2019 since learned counsel Shri V.K.Paliwal for the applicants/appellants did not remain present. The second appeal was of year 2009. 2.

On very next day, i.e. on 6.7.2019, the present application, affirmed by Advocate Shri V.K.Paliwal, himself, was filed.

I have heard learned counsel Shri V.K.Paliwal for the applicants/appellants and learned counsel Shri M.P.Khajanchi for the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The second appeal is restored to file along all interim orders, if any, and put up the same appeal for its final hearing.

The misc. civil application stands disposed of as such.
