The respondent No.2 is Headmaster. Now, he is transferred and one Doctor Shamali J. Dighade is appointed as Headmistress. Notice is already issued to Respondent No.2. Learned Advocate Shri Kothale assures to file power for newly added Headmistress. Issue fresh notice to her. Respondent No.4 is a Joint Director. The then Joint Director has appeared and learned AGP used to represent him. Now, he is retired and new Joint Director Dr. Murlidhar Prabhakar Wadekar is to be impleaded.
