Writ Petition No. 247/2022 It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner no. 1 that the petitioner no. 1's real sister has been issued Validity Certificate on 20.05.2010. The same has however been discarded by the Scrutiny Committee for unjustifiable reasons. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. Ms. Kalyani R. Deshpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent no. 1. Record of the Scrutiny Committee be obtained for perusal. Education of the petitioner no. 1 shall not be disturbed on account of invalidation of the tribe claim.
