Shri Shankar Borkute, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the proceedings pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur are scheduled for hearing tomorrow i.e. 31/07/2024. As such he would urge that he is willing to argue the petition once the Debt Recovery Tribunal takes up the matter for hearing and pass appropriate orders thereby taking the matter to its logical end.

That being so, we dispose of the writ petition with an expectation that the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall decide the case of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a fortnight from today. No costs.
