By this speaking to minutes application, the applicants seek to replace the word "inclusive" mentioned in paragraph No.6, line No.8 in First Appeal No.224 of 2005 by word "exclusive".

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

The word "inclusive" appearing in paragraph No.6, line No.8 in First Appeal No.224 of 2005 decided on 23.7.2015 should be read as "exclusive". Necessary correction be carried out accordingly.

The application is disposed of as such.
