Shri Purohit, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Shri Quazi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, raise a preliminary objection to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner. Mrs.Jog, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy.
