This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount.

(2) This application is filed by the petitioners. The applicants are represented by learned counsel Shri Rohit Joshi and the non-applicant No.1 is represented by learned counsel Shri Sachin Deshpande.

(3) The applicants were tenants of the non-applicant No.1 and they have deposited the amount as per direction given by this Court.

(4) The learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for non-applicant No.1/landlord makes a solemn statement before this Court that the matter is amicably settled in between them.

(6) In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
