DATE :- 19th JULY, 2023 The petitioner being aggrieved by the interim order dated 28.11.2022 in the matter of its liquidation as well as the final order dated 28.03.2023 passed under Section 102 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 has preferred an appeal alongwith an application of stay with the respondent no.1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal has not yet been considered. 2.
Since the petitioner's appeal alongwith stay application is pending with the respondent no.1, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to consider the petitioner's stay application expeditiously and preferably within a period of 15 days from today. The proceedings be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the respondent no.1.
