The appellant filed this application under Order 41, Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure for production of additional documents viz sale-deed dated 09/03/1995 between Shankar Belkhede and Anandrao Waghmare.

Learned A.G.P. does not dispute genuineness of sale-deed and has no objection to read the same in evidence. Hence the sale-deed is taken on record is marked Exhibit "X". Learned Counsel for the appellant undertakes to place on record certified copy of saledeed on or before the next date. The application stands disposed of in above terms.
