Heard.

Learned counsel Shri A.R. Godbole for the applicant-appellant submits that only the limited controversy is involved in the present appeal viz. whether learned Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act committed a grave and serious error while allowing the interest from 7.7.2007 that is after one month from the date of accident on which the appeal is admitted by this Court. He further submits that as the issue will have to be considered on the ratio laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in its various decisions, filing of the private paper-book may be dispensed with. He further submits that the other appeals, in which the same issue involved in this appeal is identical, are already fixed for hearing.

In view of statement made by learned counsel Shri A.R. Godbole for the applicant-appellant and order passed by this Court on 12.1.2012, the application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause. The first appeal be listed for final hearing in week commencing from 25.10.2016.
