We direct respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 05/06-04-2023 for grant of permission to start 8th standard classes expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order before the said Authority. 3.

We note that the documents furnished by the petitioner in support of its claim for grant of permission to start 8th standard classes shall also be taken in to consideration by the said Authority. 4.
