In continuation of order dated 12/3/2024, the learned A.P.P. submits that chargesheet will be filed during the course of the day.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was arrested and released on bail in terms of order dated 12/3/2024. He seeks a week'

s time to approach the trial Court for further remedy. Accordingly, he seeks permission for withdrawal of application.
