The application is for anticipatory bail.

The learned Counsel Mr. Karode, for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of this application, the applicant is arrested and released on bail. In view of that, application becomes infructuous. 3.

The learned Counsel further submitted that though this Court has passed an order in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, the Investigating the Officer has not complied the same and arrested the present applicant. Now, the present applicant is already released on bail, therefore, the present application becomes infructuous. 4.

In view of that, application is disposed of as infructuous.
