Whether change in policy of having technical audit is prejudicial to its interest or not, is the issue basically to be looked into by respondent no.3 Municipal Council. Petitioner is a Councilor. We therefore, do not see any right in him to challenge the policy as notified on 12.03.2018.

Keeping all legal issues open, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
