After the matter is heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all grounds contained in the present writ petition either before the trial Court or in an appeal as the petitioner may be advised.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions in this behalf are kept open including the contention of respondent No.1 that after rejection of her review application, no further application lies in this behalf before the trial Court. No costs.
