At this stage, the learned Counsel for the applicant Mr. R.M. Patwardhan submits that instead of passing an elaborate order, the application be dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Judge for bail afresh, if there is no progress in the trial, in the next six months.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the liberty as prayed.

The liberty shall be subject to twin conditions. The applicant shall bring this order to the notice of the learned Sessions Judge within the next seven days and the delay, if any, shall not be attributable to the accused or any of them.
