The appellant/Insurance Company has filed pursis mentioning that they want to withdraw the appeal with liberty to seek its restoration, if the claimants file substantive appeal for enhancement.

However, such liberty cannot be granted at this juncture, since the appellant/Insurance Company may contest the said appeal, if filed independently. 3.

At this juncture, as per the pursis, the appeal stands unconditionally withdrawn and accordingly, disposed of. 4.

The Court fees and the statutory amount deposited by the Insurance Company be refunded as per the Rules. 5.

The appellant/Insurance Company shall be entitled to receive the amount of interest, so accrued on the amount of statutory deposit, till date.
