The respondent no.2 has filed the instant application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited by the applicants by cheque No.447312 dated 19.7.2018 drawn on State Bank of India, Branch at Amravati.

The learned Advocate for respondent no.2 submits that as per the order passed by this Court dated 16th July 2018, the applicants have deposited the amount of Rs.20,000/-in this Court and he seeks permission to withdraw the same. He further contended that the matter is settled between the husband and wife.

The applicants are absent.
