This is an application seeking directions to the respondent no.2 to deposit arrears of rent. Mr. Khapre, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that a demand draft for an amount of Rs. 80,000/- pertaining to arrears of rent upto October, 2018 shall be handed to the counsel for the petitioner by Friday i.e. 02.11.2018. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.2, this application stands disposed of.
