Mr Kathane, learned Counsel for the respondents in Arbitration Appeal No.27/19 and for the appellant in Arbitration Appeal No.37/19 agrees to the aforesaid position, considering which, both the appeals are dismissed in view what has been held in the judgment dated 12-08-22 in Arbitration Appeal Nos.34 of 2019 and 26 of 2019.
