Bhatt, a learned Advocate, has filed this application to permit him to withdraw his Vakalatnama for the appellants, as he is not aware of the appellants or details of the proceedings; however, being the junior of Advocate Mr. A.J. Khan, he might have signed the Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, he is unable to provide any information regarding the appellants or about the proceedings. Hence, he has prayed to permit him to withdraw the Vakalatnama. 2.

Having considered the submissions and facts of the case, it would be proper to permit him to withdraw the Vakalatnama, subject to the procedure as is laid down in Rule 12 in Chapter II of the Rules Governing Advocates for withdrawing the Vakalatnama.
