After arguing the case for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel further submits that taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is languishing in prison for considerable time, the learned trial Judge be directed to expedite the trial. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is behind the bars for considerable time, we direct the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.
