Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement on instructions that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have sanctioned the revised building plan as per the request of the petitioner on 12th December, 2023. He further submits that the petitioner would act upon the said revised building plan.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
