Learned Counsel Shri. B.B. Raipure appeared on behalf of respondent No.3/Insurance Company. 3.
Applicants/appellants moved this application to permit them to withdraw the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon deposited by the respondent No.3/Insurance Company in this Court, as the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat on 22/03/2025, for which, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 has given no objection.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed as prayed. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that applicant No.1, 3 & 4 have
2 22 caf 2256-2025.odt executed power of attorney in favour of the applicant No.2 - Pankaj Prakash Gatlewar, and thereby authorized him to accept the amount on their behalf in his bank account, and therefore, he urged to direct the Registrar to transfer the said amount in the bank account of the applicant No.2, whose bank account details is given in paragraph No.4 of the application. 5.
Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount lying in this Court, along with accrued interest thereon, to the bank account of Applicant No. 2 within five weeks.

Applicant No.2 is directed to distribute the said compensation amount as per the award to the respective applicants and submit an affidavit in that regard in the Court, within three weeks, after receipt of the amount in his bank account.
