After the matter is heard at length, it is agreed by counsel for both the sides that the impugned order of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur dismissing the application for condonation of delay should be set aside, delay should be condoned and the matter should be heard on merits.
Accordingly, the impugned order dated 26th April, 2016 is quashed and set aside. The delay in filing the revision is condoned and the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur is directed to decide pending revision No. REV/TNC/DVL/82/2015 on merits.
The parties shall appear before Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on 21st August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur shall dispose of the revision petition within a period of 4 months thereafter.
The petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
