Shri Deshpande, learned counsel, upon instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner Kum. Bharati has joined better employment. He has tendered a pursis accordingly. 3.
The pursis is taken on record. The request granted. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No orders as to costs.

However, as common orders have been passed in present writ petition and other matters and Civil Application No. 1192 of 2016 for extension of time moved
