By this application, the applicants seek modification of the order passed by this Court on 4th July, 2017 and pray that the requirement of furnishing two solvent sureties for each of the applicant be relaxed and instead the non-applicant be directed to release the applicants on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.50,000/- and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the applicant. Accepting the explanation given in the application which is found to be reliable as per the report submitted by Deputy Superintendent of Police on 13th July, 2017, the order passed on 4th July, 2017 is modified by deleting the last 03 paragraphs of the order and substituting the following : "Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed :

The applicants having been arrested in connection with Crime No.281/2016 registered by the non-applicant,

2 appp1115.17 they be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.Fifty Thousand each and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the applicant.

The application is allowed in the above terms". The order passed on 4th July, 2017 stands modified accordingly.

The Criminal Application is allowed in the above terms.
