Shri Khedkar, learned Counsel for applicants in C.A.W. No. 1582/17 is, however, opposing amendment. C.A.W. No. 1582/17 is filed for intervention by two applicants. The application is being opposed by original petitioners. As such, we only keep the opposition of Shri Khedkar on record in this order.

Amendment be carried out within one week.

Liberty to respondents to file additional reply, if any, within further period of one week.

Without prejudice to contention of Mr. R.L. Khapre, learned Counsel for petitioners, that a social worker cannot oppose a litigation of present nature and only as we find need to examine role of applicants in present application more, we allow the application. They be added as party intervenors respondent nos. 14 & 15.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

They shall be heard when the matter is taken up for admission.
