Heard respective counsel.

For the reasons recorded in the judgment delivered on 16th July, 2018 in Writ Petition No.3143 of 2018 and 75 other identical matters, we quash and set aside the impugned orders passed by the Scrutiny Committee at Akola. 3.

The matters are restored back to the file of the said Committee with direction to the petitioners to appear before the said Committee on 27th August, 2018 at 10.30 a.m.

The petitioners shall also abide by the directions and the conditions stipulated in judgment dated 16th July, 2018, mentioned supra. The terms and conditions therein shall also apply to them.

The petitions are thus allowed and disposed of. No costs.
