This application has been opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the charge-sheet is filed and maximum punishment prescribed for the offence registered against the applicants is of five years. He submits that both the applicants are ready to furnish local surety.

Having regard to the submissions of learned Counsel for the applicants, I am of the view that now this application can be allowed. Hence, the order.: The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a

Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount, preferably from the District of Chandrapur on the conditions that they shall furnish their permanent addresses along with legally acceptable proof of the addresses and also their contact numbers to the investigating officer as well as to the Court, they shall regularly attend the Court on the dates fixed in the case, shall cooperate with the Court for expeditious disposal of the matter against them and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. Hamdast is granted.
