Heard Perused the contents in the application It is stated that the First Appeal No.1378/2017 came to be decided on 27/09/2019. It is further submitted that the applicants are the legal representatives of respondent No.1. The applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal representatives of respondent No.1 and the applicants are also permitted to correct the typographical mistake with regard to Surname of respondent No.1 in the cause title.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
