It is brought to our notice that inadvertently in paragraph 7 of the judgment dated 10.07.2024, 'm-sand' has been mentioned as 'm-stone'.

Undisputedly, the matter was pertaining to msand, hence, the same needs to be corrected. 3.

In view of that, in paragraph 7 of the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024, the word 'm-stone' be corrected as 'm-sand'.

The civil application stands disposed of.
